Having a dedicated Document Controller gives a unique point of contact for all documentation being received or disseminated within Howard Bros Joinery. This removes the irritation of having several callers request the same documentation and conversely the need to phone more than one person to receive any specific item of documentation. This consistency of contact increases both the speed and efficiency of response to you. One control centre receiving, distributing and filing all documentation removes the possibility of documentation being mislaid, or proving difficult to locate between several draughtsmen all working on a project. Writing O&M Manuals is part of the Document Controllers role within Howard Bros Joinery. In addition to previous technical writing experience, the Document Controller brings dedicated expertise in researching, collating and producing O&M manuals in the required format to meet the exacting requirements and deadlines of our clients. This provides the client with a high quality bespoke manual for each project.
